Rentals:

Featured Linen is a Faux Burlap linen 90x156 that rents for $25.00.  The chairs are black chiavari chairs with black chair pads and rent for $6.00 each.  Delivery and taxes are additional based on # of products ordered.  Call 502-690-KIDS or email parties@louiekids.com to arrange these services.

 

Want Louie Kids to set-up your party?

LK will set up your party for up to 24 guests for $75.00.  If you want us to arrange food or additional services please call 502-690-KIDS or email parties@louiekids.com for pricing.  Planning services begin at $60 an hour.

 

Your party will receive a custom digital invitation sent via text and by email to invited guests using MyPostess.com.  Here guests can rsvp directly through the site, buy suggested gifts, and be notified instantly to any updates, changes or reminders for your party.  This techonology is a dream making party communication super easy and flawless.  After placing your order, you will be contacted within 24 hours to begin designing your invitation.  

 

If you would like to add printed invitations we have a team ready to work with you.  Printed invites cost $2.00 each.  Call us at 502-690-KIDS or email parties@louiekids.com.  

This party is a fairly simple set up.  The palm trees we made ourselves using two green posters and the balloons and streamers included in the collection.  If you purchase this party we will send instructions how to make the palm trees and vines.  It's super easy!

 

 

Due to the custom nature of our business, Louie Kids does not offer any refunds or exchanges. Please allow at least 2 weeks before your party to order collections, so we can gather the best products for your event. Some items may be substituted based on availability, but will be equitable in appearance and quality.

Louie Kids personally delivers each party box collection within the Louisville City Limits, Oldham and Shelby counties for $10.00.  Porch pick up is available for free Monday-Friday 9:30am - 4pm in Middletown.  Once your party is ordered we will contact you for delivery or pick up.
